Frequently Asked Questions

• How does Auto Payment work?

Auto Payment automatically drafts your monthly payment and remits it to Angela Floyd School for the Dancer.  You do not have to remember to make the payment, write the checks, prepare and envelope, and use postage.

• When will my payments begin?

Your payments begin on the start date indicated on the completed Auto Payment agreement to be provided to you by Angela Floyd school for the Dancer.  Auto Payment will start processing your payment on that date, continuing until each payment has been processed.

• What if there is a change in my tuition?

Changes to class hours, additional classes or dropped classes must be addressed in the studio office before account changes can be made.  Parents must fill out new Auto Payment forms in order to make any changes to the account.  All changes must be completed one week prior to the 1st.

• What happens if a payment is missed?

Angela Floyd School for the Dancer will contact you if a payment is missed due to NSF or Expired Date on credit cards.  There is a $20.00 charge for insufficient checking accounts or for declined or invalid credit cards.

• What if my account numbers change?

If you change your bank account or credit card account, you should notify Angela Floyd School for the Dancer immediately.

• What day will a credit card be debited?

Your credit cad will be debited on the 1st day of the month even if this falls on a weekend or holiday.

• What day will a checking account be debited?

Your checking account will be debited on the 1st day of the month or the 1st banking business day following the 1st.  For example: If the 1st falls on a Sunday and Monday is a bank holiday, your account will not be debited until the bank opens on Tuesday.

• Can my account be debited for more than I have authorized?

No!

• *How will costume payments be handled?

Costume payments will be debited in three equal installments due September 1, October 1, and November 1
