Janice Cronkhite,
Guest Instructor, Fosse

Ms. Cronkhite was a guest instructor
at Angela Floyd School for the Dancer in 2003. She has a broad
range of stage, film, television and cabaret performance experience.
Most notably, her Broadway musical credits include Bob Fosse’s Dancin’,
A Chorus Line, and Will Rogers’ Follies. As part of a five woman
musical act, she was honored to open for Bill and George Burns. She
has also toured internationally with Tony Danza and Raquel Welch.
She has appeared in the television shows Days of Our Lives and General
Hospital, and in feature films Mobsters, For the Boys, and Fatal Instinct.
Her opera credits include a principal role in the Los Angeles Opera’s Tales
of Hoffman and featured roles in Don Giovanni and La Traviata. She
recently returned from touring the United States and Asia in the co-starring
role of the hit Broadway musical Fosse! Presently, in addition to
her performance schedule, she travels the country to universities and performing
arts schools as a master teacher of Bob Fosse’s unique style of dance. |
